Frequently asked questions
Does Pro work offline?
Yes. Licenses are verified offline with Ed25519 signatures. Your machine re-checks in when online; if you're fully offline, Pro keeps working for a 7-day grace window, and each verification is good for up to 30 days.
How many machines can I use?
Each license activates up to 3 machines. Machine identity is a random per-install ID — we never fingerprint your hardware.
What's the refund policy?
14-day no-questions refund on all plans — email support and we'll process it through Stripe. (Refunds deactivate the license.)
Is tax included?
Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax/VAT where applicable — checkout shows the exact total for your region before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
How do I cancel or manage billing?
Settings → License → "Manage billing" opens your Stripe customer portal — upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or download invoices any time.
Do I need an account?
No account, no cloud. Buy once, get a license key by email, paste it into Settings → License. Your code and sessions stay on your machine.
