About the founder

David Daniel
Hi, I'm David Daniel.
I'm a senior AI engineer, a dad of two, and the founder of Aeroxis, an AI consulting company in Northeast Florida. I also have ADHD.
For me, context switching has always been the hardest part of engineering work. Every time I jumped between tasks, I lost the thread of where I was. When AI coding agents arrived, I could suddenly have several pieces of work in motion at once. But keeping track of them across terminals, branches and windows made the switching problem worse, not better.
So I built ClawIDE for myself: one place where every agent, task and branch keeps its own context, so I can step away and pick up exactly where I left off, from my laptop or my phone.
The surprise was how much it changed what I could get done. Once switching stopped costing me focus, I found I could run far more work in parallel than I ever thought I was capable of. ClawIDE is how I work every day now, and I'm building it for anyone else who thinks in many threads at once.
What ClawIDE is
The self-hosted command center for every coding agent. ClawIDE is one Go binary that runs on your own hardware and opens in any browser. It works with any agent CLI and model gateway, gives each task its own git worktree, and keeps your sessions running in tmux. Your code, sessions and keys stay on the machine that runs it.
The local workspace is free, and Pro adds automation and integrations. See pricing, the docs and the FAQ.
